We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users, from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Sangeetha Gadgets Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience when returning a Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.

This Cancellation, Replacement, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms, outlines our procedures and policies for product cancellation, replacement, return, and refund.

Applicability of Policy

By using the Sangeetha Gadgets Platform and/or placing an order for Product(s), you agree to the terms mentioned in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to transact on the platform.

Please note that we may update the terms of this Policy from time to time, including those related to cancellation, replacement, return, and refund of orders placed on the platform.

Cancellation of Products

Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is marked as “Out for Delivery”. You can track your order in the My Orders section of your account on the platform.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order or shipment if it has not yet reached the Out for Delivery stage. You will receive an SMS confirmation once the cancellation is accepted, and the refund process will be initiated as per the timeline below:

  • Before 2 PM – Same day refund initiation
  • After 2 PM – Next day refund initiation
